These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NuFoodz marketplace, website and related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About NuFoodz
NuFoodz is a multi‑vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent food vendors who prepare and supply meals. When you place an order, you are purchasing products from the relevant vendor, with NuFoodz providing the ordering and support platform.
2. Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account, keep your details accurate and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices, fees, discounts and availability are shown on the Platform and may change from time to time. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. Vendors may decline or adjust orders (for example due to stock or delivery constraints); if so, we will notify you and process any applicable refund.
4. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, your card or chosen payment method will be charged on the schedule shown at checkout. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription via your account subject to any cut‑off times displayed on the Platform.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are indicative only. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the specified address or left in accordance with your delivery instructions.
6. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cut‑off times for changing or cancelling orders and the applicable refund rules are set out on the Platform. If there is an issue with your order (for example damaged, missing or incorrect items), please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.
7. Marketplace role
Vendors are responsible for their menus, ingredients, allergen information and food safety practices. NuFoodz does not prepare food and is not liable for vendor‑supplied information, but we take reasonable steps to work only with verified vendors and to address quality issues reported by customers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, scraping data, or using it for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuFoodz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss and our aggregate liability arising in connection with the Platform will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
